Refund Policy for Taxi Booking Website

At AHI Luxury Travels, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable taxi booking experience. Our refund policy varies depending on the payment method chosen by the customer: prepaid (paid before the trip) or postpaid (paid after the trip).

  1. Refund Policy for Customers Who Paid in Advance

If you have paid for your trip in advance, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time:
    ✅ Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time:
    🔸 A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the pickup time or failure to show up:
    No refund will be issued.
  • If the driver fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time:
    ✅ You are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the trip is cut short due to a vehicle breakdown or service failure:
    🔹 A partial refund may be issued based on the distance traveled.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refund requests must be submitted via email at ahi.luxurytravels@gmail.com or by calling our support team at +940771993522.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
    • Any transaction fees deducted by third-party payment gateways may not be refundable.
  1. Refund Policy for Customers Who Choose to Pay After the Trip

If you have chosen to pay after the trip is completed, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellations before the driver is dispatched:
    ✅ No charges will apply.
  • Cancellations after the driver has been dispatched but before arrival at the pickup location:
    🔹 A cancellation fee may apply depending on the distance traveled by the driver.
  • Cancellations after the driver has arrived at the pickup location:
    ❌ The full fare may be charged, and no refund will be issued.
  • If the driver fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time:
    ✅ No charges will apply.
  • If the trip is cut short due to a vehicle breakdown or service failure:
    🔹 The fare may be adjusted based on the distance traveled.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations (Applies to All Customers)
  • No refund for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to traffic delays unless caused by driver negligence.
  • No refund if the customer provides incorrect pickup details, and the driver arrives at the wrong location.
  • No refund for service refusal due to intoxicated behavior, policy violations, or unsafe conduct by passengers.
  1. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
